Property Status & Operations

• Current Operations: To prioritize the owners’ health, the lodge was temporary closed for the 2025/2026 winter season. However, operations have fully resumed for the green season, during which the lodge regularly hosts numerous student track-and-field training camps, demonstrating strong year-round demand.

• Property Photos: Please note that the interior photographs were taken during a major post-season cleaning, which is why towels and protective cloths are visible on the floors.

• Roof Repairs: There is currently a minor leak in the dining area roof. This will be fully repaired by the seller prior to handover.
